Cabin Fever?
The Phillips Museum in Washington DC is a gem of a collection highlighted by Pierre-Auguste Renoir’s “Luncheon of the Boating Party” Renoir debuted the work in 1882 at the Seventh Impressionist Exhibition, where three critics singled it out as the best piece in the show. I had the opportunity to visit The Phillips recently and was very pleased with the depth and quality of the collection.
