Mark Weller invites his community to the Artist’s Reception for his latest solo exhibition,
Waunakee Clouds: Water in its Most Poetic Form. Every photograph in this exhibition
was captured right here in Waunakee, making this show a deeply personal exhibition.
Having lived in Waunakee for more than 30 years, Weller finds special meaning in
sharing this body of work with local friends and neighbors—work that has been
exhibited in more than 200 galleries and art museums across the United States and
Europe.
The exhibition celebrates the ever-changing textures and quiet drama of Waunakee’s
skies. Through these time-compressed cloudscapes, viewers are invited to slow down,
look up, and reconnect with the beauty and atmospheric wonder unfolding above us
each day.
